ACTEC Fellows are part of a public and private database. We recommend that you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Review and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/members.actec.org\/account\/profile.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">update your profile<\/a>\u00a0yearly\n<ul>\n<li>Add a professional photograph, bio, and 3 practice areas <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directory Search \u2014 Find an ACTEC Lawyer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the public and private search are available from&nbsp;the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.actec.org\/find-a-lawyer\/\">Find a Fellow Search Page<\/a> on the&nbsp;ACTEC website. This search feature enables web visitors to search and contact Fellows. You may Opt Out of the public search if desired, making your email address unavailable to the public. The public search enables individuals to only contact Fellows through an online&nbsp;form, which will email an inquiry to the Fellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information from your profile that is available to the public are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>First and Last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public roster or work phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Headshot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Remember, you must be logged out of the website to view your Public Profile.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fellow Search<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Fellow Search is available through the same web address&nbsp;and will only display additional information&nbsp;<strong>if you are logged in to&nbsp;<\/strong>ACTEC&#8217;s website. This digital roster&nbsp;is your key to connecting with ACTEC Fellows across the globe. Once logged in, Fellows may search by Last Name, City, State, Zip Code, Practice Area,&nbsp;and Committee in the Primary Search. The Advanced Search offers additional fields including First Name, Firm\/Organization, Phone Number, Spouse and Law School. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACTEC Fellow Logo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Use of the ACTEC \u201cFellow\u201d logo use is permitted under these Guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible to use the ACTEC Fellow logo, the Fellow must be current and active. The ACTEC Fellow acknowledges that the license made hereunder will in no way affect, positively or negatively, the reputation of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. All use of the logo must be applied to your individual profile and&nbsp;not&nbsp;imply that a firm or organization is a member of ACTEC. The logo may be used as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>On the Fellow\u2019s individual website profile, unless all firm lawyers are Fellows, in which case it may be used on the firm\u2019s homepage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Fellow\u2019s email footer originating from the firm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Fellow\u2019s print or online marketing presentations for limited distribution.\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.actec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/ACTEC_Fellow_logo.zip\">Click to download&nbsp;ACTEC Fellow logo<\/a>&nbsp;for print and web use.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Fellow\u2019s marketing brochures for limited distribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This Agreement does not authorize the Fellow to create reprints, e-prints, plaques, lapel pins, or other products containing ACTEC\u2019s logo. Except as set forth herein, no other use of the ACTEC Fellow logo may be made without ACTEC\u2019s prior express written approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ACTEC Fellow logo shall only be used in the form and colors indicated, without modifications or alterations.
