36 New Fellows have been elected to The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) is proud to announce this year’s second class of New Fellows. ACTEC is an organization of peer-elected lawyers and law professors who are skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts, estate planning, and probate procedure; and administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors, and incompetents.

ACTEC Young Leaders Class of 2017 – 2019 Announcement: The ACTEC Young Leaders Program was designed to foster scholarship and education in trust and estate matters, promote diversity and inclusivity, and encourage the development of potential ACTEC Fellows.
