The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel announced today the new Editor for the ACTEC Law Journal, ACTEC Fellow Professor Naomi Cahn.

ACTEC today announced 12 new Regents were elected to its Board of Regents, during the College’s Annual Business Meeting held in San Diego, California, on Friday, March 11, 2022. ACTEC’s Board of Regents is the governing body of the College.

The Board of Regents of ACTEC convened during the College’s Annual Meeting in San Diego, California to consider nominations for a new class of Fellows. The College is pleased to announce 33 individuals were elected. This select group spans the US and includes two international Fellows representing England and Canada.

ACTEC today announced that Robert (Bob) W. Goldman will serve as the College’s new President. Goldman, a partner with Goldman, Felcoski & Stone, P.A. in Naples, FL, succeeds ACTEC President 2021-2022, Ann B. Burns from Minneapolis, MN.

In honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, ACTEC released the video Breaking the Glass Ceiling at ACTEC, offering an inside look at how women can lead the charge of enabling an established professional organization to become more inclusive and diverse.
