- At the beginning of the online registration form, there is a section for “Food Allergies & Accessibility” and a section directly below it titled “Special Instructions” where additional information can be added.
- Please note description of excursions and other tours in meeting materials will clearly indicate whether the location is fully accessible.
- For national meetings, every effort is made to identify accessible friendly tours in the “Activity Level” note of the meeting brochure tour description.
