Corporate Transparency ACT (CTA)
The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), which went into effect on January 1, 2024, requires certain business entities to report identifying information to FinCEN, including that of any beneficial owners – those who either hold at least at 25% ownership interest or who exercise substantial control over the reporting company.

Illinois Fellows Dinner
We had such a great time at this year’s dinner that we decided to make it an annual event! The 2024 Illinois Fellows Spring Dinner will be on Wednesday, May 8 at Soho House Chicago. All guests arriving for this event should enter through the House entrance at 113 North Green Street.
Heart of America Fellows Institute Class III, Session III

Arizona Fellows Meeting & Dinner
The meeting will be held at the office of Jaburg Wilk. New address is 1850 N. Central Avenue, Suite 1200, Phoenix, AZ 85004. The meeting will actually take place in that building but in the meeting room on the 2nd Floor. Dinner will take place at the Phoenix Country Club.
