New tax laws or planning opportunities might also warrant revisiting trust provisions. This program delves into the intricacies of trust modification through a series of hypothetical scenarios, providing a comprehensive understanding of why, when, and how changes are made and the key considerations involved, as well as potential pitfalls and traps to avoid.
