We look forward to seeing you at the 2025 Annual Meeting at La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs!
On this site you will be able to find tour and program schedules, meeting materials, travel information, local recommendations, and all other information related to the Annual Meeting. Please review the website for updates related to sponsor information, program descriptions and materials when available.
The Early Bird discount has closed, regular registration will continue until March 5.
Current pricing is listed below, please note that registration fees increase as the meeting approaches:
– Fellows pay $1,425 for regular registration, $1,525 for late registration, and $1,625 onsite.
– Spouses/Guests pay $1,025 for regular registration, $1,125 for late registration, and $1,225 onsite.
– The Spouse and Guest Weekend Package is $745 for regular registration, $845 for late registration, and $945 onsite.
– Academic Fellows, children, and teens have their registration fee waived.
