ACTEC Elects 12 New Regents to Board of Regents

Washington, DC, March 28, 2022: The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) today announced 12 new Regents were elected to its Board of Regents, during the College’s Annual Business Meeting held in San Diego, California, on Friday, March 11, 2022. ACTEC’s Board of Regents is the governing body of the College.

Past President John A. Terrill, II  chaired the 2022 Nominating Committee with members: Stephen R. Akers, Susan T. Bart, Andrea C. Chomakos, Mark M. Christopher, T. Randall  Grove,  Christopher R. Hoyt, Cynthia G. Lamar-Hart,  Douglas J. Stanley and Stephanie M. Tuthill. The Committee nominated 12 Fellows to fill existing vacancies.

Nominees elected for an initial three-year term ending in 2025 are ACTEC Fellows: Farhad Aghdami, Shannon K. Barks, Brad Bedingfield, Tami Conetta, Elizabeth H. Hutchins, Steven K. Mignogna, Benetta Y. Park, Michaelle D. Rafferty, Carolyn A. Reers, Steven E. Trytten, Lauren J. Wolven.  Melissa J. Willms was elected successor regent filling the unexpired term ending 2023, held by Margaret G. Lodise.
